Welcome

Welcome to our practice!

My intention for this section is to give you information that you can use, update you on changes in office policies or to review questions or issues that present to my practice.

One major issue to discuss today is Medicare and Medicare billing.  Recently, many physicians have dropped Medicare or have stopped taking new Medicare patients.  This is especially true in Naples where many primary care physicians have started cash only practices with limited enrollment.  In many cases patients are left to find a new physician on their own.  This can be a difficult task for anyone.

Due to the volume of patients my practice has not been able to accept every patient that presents to the office. 

If you are coming in for the first time please come 30 minutes before your appointment so you can complete any paperwork (most of which you can find on this website).  We try to be on time. However, other patients may take longer than expected.  We apologize in advance if this is the case. 

Appointments are typically 20,30-40 or up to 60 minutes.  If you have numerous problems please do not try to "shove" them all into a short time period.  You may need several appointments or be scheduled for a longer appointment.
